I understand that for bookings, EchoPoint will take up to 48 hours to process and reply by confirmation email. Echo Point will not accept SAME DAY BOOKING. For bookings for 9 people or more on weekends, 30% of non-refundable deposit will be required. Minimum of two hours is required for Friday and Saturday' bookings from 6pm. Echo Point will confirm by email. Please ensure emails do not go into Junk box. For any other inquires, we will respond as soon as we can.
